We ship orders via USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery times vary based on location and USPS service levels.

Anonymous Scents is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Anonymous Scents is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once a package is shipped, Anonymous Scents is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Delayed deliveries
• Packages marked as delivered but not received

For these issues, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item
• The packaging
• Your order number

We will review the issue and assist where possible.
